-we make our own ice cream using local grass-fed dairy
-we have made over 560 different flavors of pints
-we make american style ice cream in italian gelato machines for low-overrun, super premium ice cream
-we sell scoops, pints, soft serve, and novelties at our scoop shops
-most of our inclusions are made in house and we make all of our own sauces like caramel brulee, hot fudge, and fruit swirls in a copper kettle
-we don’t use flavorings or extracts, other than mint and vanilla or in the rare case of making a nostalgic flavor like cotton candy, bubble gum, etc
-all of our fruit flavors are made with 100% pure fruit puree
-our techniques, recipes, and ingredient sourcing are a constant evolution and we work every day to find new and better ways of making ice cream
